Meet Natasha Johnson
I Was Producing and Still Writing the Check.
I got licensed during COVID shelter-in-place and built my business from my sphere: a virtual home buyer workshop, my church community and LinkedIn. I had listings, and the business was working. But every photo shoot and every piece of marketing came out of my own pocket. That’s when I learned production isn’t the same thing as profit.
Before real estate, I spent more than thirty years in IT, so AI never scared me. I use it in everything I do. It cleared more than 5,000 unread emails from my inbox, and it builds my net sheets in seconds. I’m also a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, because the systems only matter if the deal holds together.
